While I like answering questions, I'm not as fond of asking them. That's why it took me so long to do this meme.

But if you want to play, here are the rules:

1 -- Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 -- I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.
3 -- You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 -- You'll include this explanation.
5 -- You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.

So here are the questions that

1. Do you prefer to write lyrics or melodies?

I certainly get more satisfaction from writing melodies, probably because I've been writing poetry for years, so it's a slightly different process and one that actually works better for me than words. The lyrics are usually slightly easier... though really once something starts, it tends to come pretty quickly.

2. If you had to choose ONE band/artist to listen to exclusively for one year, what would it be?

Ack, that's a tough one, since I have such varying tastes in music. Right now I'd probably choose Tori Amos, though my answer to this one would change fairly frequently. :)

3. What is your favorite fantastic world?

I'd have to go with Amber on this one, probably because it's so varied, with all the coinciding worlds with just one little change between one and the next. It appeals to the part of me that wonders what happens if every choice we don't make is played out in another universe.

4. Are you a Gamer?

I haven't played in quite a while, and not regularly in about 5 years, but I still consider myself one. I'm still interested in playing, I'm just very picky about who I play with.

5. Is there anything you're afraid of? If so, what?

Nothing tangible. If it's tangible, I can deal with it. But I am afraid of fear... not my own fear, but what it does to the people around me. Irrational fear and its consequences.
